Our Goal

Our goal at Conlex is to protect the financial interests of Employers, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors of all sizes. We aim to do this by offering clients solutions throughout the life cycle of a construction project from tender stage through to the final payment stage. With our unique skill set in Quantity Surveying and Construction Law and with over 27 years of construction experience, we are ideally placed to achieving this goal for you.

Experience ↓

Peter has over 27 years of practical experience in the civil engineering and building construction industry. Employed by some of the larger and more established firms as a Commercial Manager and later as a Commercial Director.

Peter has first-hand experience in building and civil engineering techniques, design and build projects, programming and measurement, the drafting and interpretation of agreements and the preparation of interim and final accounts.

He is widely experienced in the preparation of case submissions for dispute resolution and the management of the dispute resolution process. Peter has in-depth knowledge of all the standard forms of construction contracts and methods of measurement, including JCT Contracts, FIDIC, NEC and Public Works Suite of Contracts.

Qualifications ↓

Peter has attained the following qualifications, which were awarded to him with distinction due to the high standard achieved

  • Masters in Law Degree in Construction Law and Adjudication (LL.M)
  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc.)
  • Diploma in Construction Economics (Merit)
